Shenzhen Shuangyue Technology Co. Ltd, located at Section 48, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, and enjoying good accessibility as it is close to the Bao’an Avenue, at opposite side of road which separates it from the CBD of Bao’an and adjacent to Bao’an Stadium, is a private enterprise specializing in such fields as production of sample model, fast laser molding, production of plastic and silicone rubber products, prototyping for batch production and mold opening and production for plastic products. Its parent company boasts a land area of 2000 square meters in Shenzhen, more than 100 employees including a number of highly qualified technical personnel and a complete range of production facilities.

        With more than 10 years of history, the Sample Model Department of Shuangyue boasts its professional team made up of over 50 people, including drawing engineers, programming engineers and sample model technicians. These professional personnel work with the skillful workers and masters to develop new process and harvest new achievements in the field, enabling the sample models to reach a high level in terms of speed, workmanship and appearance. They also provide customers broadened concepts and rational advice in developing new products. Now, it is mainly engaged in production of prototypes of household appliances, telecommunication products, electronic products, industrial products used for exhibition, and industrial plastic panels, which are made of various materials, including ABS plastic panel, PC, POM, PA, PMMA, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and copper. The production facilities introduced by the Company include one set of cutting-edge laser equipment, five-unit CNC center, five lathes, five millers and one vacuum prototyping machine. Thanks to the experiences accumulated by years, the advanced software such as Proe, Autocad, Mastrecam and Solikorw, as well as the professional surface treatment technologies and processes like oil spraying, silk screen printing and vacuum prototyping, the products with high quality can be fast molded and timely delivered by Shuangyue, obtaining both supports and acclamations from the customers.

         With such raw materials as natural rubber, EPDM rubber, silicone rubber, styrene-butasiene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and fluorinated rubber, the Rubber Department of Shuangyue can design and produce plastic parts for automobile, electronics, toys, medical equipment, and body-building apparatuses, and the silicone-rubber healthy care products, industrial sealing rings, damping units, feet, toys tires, household products, peripherals for computers, remote control keys and other products with irregular shapes. In the production and molding workshop which runs in an around-the-clock manner, the processes from film making, screen exposing to screen plate making can be completed. To support the screen printing process, the independent standard painting workshop and screen printing workshop have been established, where IR auto oven, environment friendly tunnel furnace and over 20 units of 100-300T full-auto vulcanizers are used. With the equipment, Shuangyue can provide customers quality products and heartfelt services.  

        The Mould Department, boasting its cutting-edge technologies and professional team composed of structure engineers and programmers who have rich experience, technical strength and dedication, carries out such processes as development, design, sample making, production and delivery and provides customers with excellent services. Inside the mould workshop are the production and inspection equipment, optical-coordinate measuring instrument for moulds, CNC center, digit EDM machine, rubber refining machine and molding machine.
